In diesem Training arbeiten wir mit der Intervall-Technik. Zwischen vier- und achtmal wird der Körper mit derselben Übung an seine Grenze gebracht. Dazwischen gibt es eine kurze Pause. Der Körper wird kräftiger, das Herz ausdauernder. Dadurch stärken wir das allgemeine Wohlbefinden. Durch unterschiedliche Intensitäts-Stufen eignet sich das Training für jedes Konditionslevel.

In this training we work using the intervall technique. The body will be brought to its limit between four and eight times within the same exercise. In between there is a short break. Thus, the body will be strengthened, the heart becomes more persevering. This way, we enhance our overall wellness. Since we practice in different intensity levels, everybody can participate in this class.
